Weddings
I began photographing weddings in 2012, not fully realising then just how much I’d fall in love with photography—not just as an art form, but as a career. At first, weddings themselves weren’t something I felt especially drawn to. That changed when I moved back home to Rarotonga from New Zealand. It was here, surrounded by the beauty and intimacy of island celebrations, that I found my niche and my passion.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of photographing over 400 weddings. Each one has taught me something new and deepened my appreciation for the craft. Through these experiences, I’ve refined my ability to create editorial style imagery and visual storytelling, and my work has even been featured in bridal publications. Wedding photography has taught me how to work calmly and creatively under pressure, because let’s be honest, you only get one chance to capture this moment in someone’s life.
When choosing your wedding photographer, experience truly matters. You want someone who not only understands the technical side, but who can also deliver with professionalism, creativity, and composure, no matter what the day brings.
